C. has been exploring different facial expressions, likely because he's trying to figure out which one makes him look the most handsome. Votes?

 

Making friends

C. is a super social guy. He's made friends everywhere he goes. Even when he's home. With no one around but mommy watching him from a distance. He especially likes Mr. Zebra, it seems...

But he prefers real, live, human interaction if given the option. Here, although not pictured, Aunt Claire entertains the little man who seems easily pleased... (thank you for the hat, Aunt Jerah!)

Always bring cash to the pumpkin patch...

... because they don't take Visa.  Also, our C. loved taking naps in his stroller as we waited in lines, wandered around and spent some beautiful time in the Colorado sunshine at the pumpkin patch today. Summer in October, it felt like. He wasn't a huge fan of posing in front of pumpkins, but we managed a few shots anyway...

 

 

Happy Boy

Lately, C. has been practicing his smiles... and we've been practicing catching them...

Winter on its way

With colder weather approaching, C. wanted to be sure that he was prepared. So he tried on some of his warmer outfits to test them out.

This one seemed to still be a bit too large...

And this one, perhaps a bit too red?

But this one seemed to fit juuust right...

At least he seemed cozy in it...

 

Flying safari animals

C. spends a good deal of his time trying to figure out just how his chubby legs manage to make those safari animals move around. He also wonders if they'll move more if he drools. A lot.

Daddy's boy

While C. is a big fan of his mama, he can't get enough of his dad. They're buds.
